Are you a doctor? +
No. I am a registered pharmacist with a Master’s in Pharmacy and a Master’s in Personalised Nutrition. I do not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace your GP. What I do is read your labs, your symptoms, and your medications together — and build a nutrition and lifestyle plan that works alongside the rest of your care.
How is this different from a regular nutritionist? +
Twenty years in pharmacy. Most nutritionists treat medications as a black box; I read them as part of your picture. If you’re on HRT, statins, thyroid medication, contraception, antidepressants or any combination of these, the nutrition plan that fits you is not the same as the plan that fits your friend — and your nutritionist should be able to tell you why.
Will you work with my GP? +
Yes, gladly. With your permission I write a brief summary letter for your GP outlining what we’re working on. The aim is not to replace conventional care but to add a layer your GP doesn’t have time for — the slow, structured nutrition and lifestyle work that genuinely changes outcomes over months and years.
Do you prescribe HRT or recommend it? +
I do not prescribe. HRT is a decision between you and your doctor, and a good one for many women. What I do is help you understand your hormonal picture through appropriate testing, support your body nutritionally before and during HRT if you choose it, and ensure your nutrition plan accounts for whatever medication you’re on.
How quickly will I feel different? +
Some changes show within two to four weeks — energy, sleep, digestion, mood often respond first. Deeper shifts in biomarkers (lipids, hormones, inflammation) typically take three to six months. The honest answer: this is not a quick fix. It is a structured, patient process. Most women who finish the Reset programme describe the change as “quiet but unmistakable.”
Will I have to give up coffee, wine and bread? +
Almost certainly not all of them, almost certainly not at once, and almost certainly not forever. I am a coach, not a punisher. We start by understanding what your body is asking for, then make the smallest changes that create the largest effect. The plan you can actually live with is the only plan that works.
Can we work together if I’m not in Dublin? +
Yes. Most consultations are conducted online via secure video, and most clients prefer it. The Dublin 2 location is available for those who want their first session in person; everything afterwards can be remote. Lab work is coordinated through providers local to you.
What if I’m under 40, or already past menopause? +
The practice is designed for women navigating midlife — broadly, late 30s through 60s. If you’re younger or older and our work would still be a good fit, the Discovery call is the place to find out. I’d rather tell you honestly than take you on if I’m not the right person.
Do you sell supplements? +
No. The practice does not retail supplements and does not earn commissions on lab tests. When recommendations are made, you order independently from suppliers I trust. This keeps the advice clean — my judgement isn’t shaped by what I have on the shelf.
